Refund Policy

15-Day Refund Policy

Our products can be refunded within 15 days after the delivery date. Once the item is returned to our warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin within 3 working days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.

    2. Our support team will respond within 1 working day to provide you with the return address and further instructions.
    3. Return the item to the provided address.
    4. After the item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 3 working days.
  2. Return Conditions for Personal Reasons
    1. Return Period: Must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the product.
    2. Return Costs: For personal reasons returns, customers are responsible for all shipping costs and must communicate thoroughly with the merchant before returning any items. Unauthorized returns are strictly prohibited, and unauthorized packages will be refused.
    3. Return Requirements: Products must be in new, unused condition, including all original hardware and software, and the original packaging and accessories.

    3. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if more than 15 days have passed since the product arrived.
Warranty Policy

12-Month Warranty

We offer a 12-month warranty for our products, starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers malfunctions caused by defective products. Human-induced damage is not covered under this warranty.

  1. Initial Defective ProductsFor products that are initially defective (non-human damage), we provide a service of sending replacement parts for repair free of charge. If the replacement parts cannot be repaired, customers can apply for a return. This must be done within 15 days of receiving the product. Customers do not need to pay any fees for returns or exchanges due to defective products.
  2. Warranty Coverage
    1. The warranty period is 12 months from the date the customer receives the product.
    2. Product warranty covers malfunctions caused by defective products. Man-made damage and defects that can be fixed by updating the system are not covered.
  3. Warranty Service for Faulty ProductsFor faulty products that are more than 15 days from receipt and within the 12-month warranty period, we only support providing replacement repair parts for free.
  4. Non-Acceptance of Warranty Claims
    1. Products whose warranty period has expired.
    2. Products that are damaged due to inadequate return packaging.
    3. Products that were approved for return but confirmed by our QC engineers to be functional will not be returned to the buyer unless the buyer pays return shipping.
    4. Physically damaged products caused by misuse or mishandling, subject to manufacturing technical test results.
  5. Return Instructions
    1. Pack the products well and add bubble paper into the package to protect it during transportation.
    2. Use the mailing method notified by our customer service to return the product.
    3. Include a letter in the package with your order ID, name, and reason for returning the product.
    4. Provide the tracking number to our customer service once the product is sent back.
